Returns Policy

The return package must include the receipt the customer received with her purchase. When a customer wishes to return an item, they will notify Modestiq and will be issued an RMA (return merchandise authorization). Returns must be shipped within 7 days from the day the RMA is issued.

We only offer refunds for items that are returned in the condition they were received. Specific conditions that require vendor approval of the customer return:

Modestiq maintains the right to deny a return if the item does not meet the above criteria.

Returned items should be shipped by the customer to the selling designer/boutique. A free prepaid return shipping label will be provided by email with a RMA (return merchandise authorization) so the merchandise can be conveniently returned to the seller. Returns labels will only be provided free of charge for domestic returns. There is a limit of one prepaid shipping label for each purchased item.

If a customer chooses expedited shipping other than our standard free shipping, the "expedited shipping" fee (eg. Fedex Overnight). will not be refundable when returned.
