Returns Policy

Modestiq offers free return shipping for all items that are not marked for final sale or clearance.

If a customer is unhappy with their purchase, return requests may be submitted to Modestiq within 14 days of placing their order. Customers may request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in the "My Account" section of our website.

The return package must include the receipt the customer received with her purchase. When a customer wishes to return an item, they will notify Modestiq and will be issued an RMA (return merchandise authorization.) Returns must be shipped within 7 days from the day the RMA is issued.

Our policy is to only offer refunds for the items that are returned in the condition they are received. Specific conditions for a vendor to approve a customer return are that the item is returned:

· unworn

· unmarked

· unwashed

· unscented

· clean (no deodorant, perfume or makeup stains)

· no rips, pulls or tears

Modestiq maintains the right to deny a return if the item does not meet the above criteria.

Returned items will be shipped by the customer to the selling designer/boutique. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided to the customer by email with a packing slip for them to conveniently return the merchandise to the seller free of charge. Returns labels will only be provided free of charge for domestic returns. There is a limit of one prepaid shipping label for each purchased item.

If a customer chooses a faster shipping method than our standard free shipping, the "enhanced shipping" fee (eg. Fedex Overnight). will not be refundable in the event of a return.
